Prior to opening my own practice, I trained at Stanford University and University of Chicago where I provided psychotherapy to graduate and undergraduate students. I have presented nationally on topics related to clinical work within the LGBTQ+ community. While much of my experience has been centered on work within the queer community, I strive to create an open and affirmative space for all. I practice from a relational, modern psychodynamic lens with people who feel stuck in patterns and wish to experience greater choice and freedom. This type of work can be challenging as those dynamics and patterns are there for a reason, but I aim to approach the journey with warmth, a nonjudgmental spirit, and some good ol’ humor.
